Wrong Ways Of Eating Eggs

No doubt, eggs are rich in nutrition and good for our health. But there are some wrong ways to eat eggs, which we should try to avoid. Because eating eggs in a wrong method can not only reduce the nutrition, but also induce diseases. 1. Don’t eat uncooked eggs. Because only after being heated in high temperature, the bacteria in the eggs can be killed and avidin in the eggs can be broke and not influence the absorption.

No doubt, eggs are rich in nutrition and good for our health. But there are some wrong ways to eat eggs, which we should try to avoid. Because eating eggs in a wrong method can not only reduce the nutrition, but also induce diseases.

1. Don’t eat uncooked eggs. Because only after being heated in high temperature, the bacteria in the eggs can be killed and avidin in the eggs can be broke and not influence the absorption.

2. Half-cooked eggs should not be eaten after one night. Though well-cooked eggs can be eaten after one night, half-cooked ones can’t. It is

because that half-cooked eggs can breed bacteria as time goes on, which will induce discomfort to intestines and stomach. Of course, it doesn’t mean that the longer the time you cook eggs, the better it is. Ferrous sulfide, a substance that is hard to be absorbed by our bodies, can be produced if eggs are cooked for too long time.

3. Don’t eat too many eggs. There are plenty of high proteins. Consuming too many eggs can increase products of metabolism and give more burdens to kidney. Generally, kids, the elders, and manual workers should not consume more than 2 eggs each day, for the weak person or those who are

in recovery after surgeries, it is better not consume more than 4 eggs every day.

4. Don’t eat eggs with empty stomach. Eating foods with lots of proteins with empty stomach will change the proteins into heat, which can not provide nutrition. Furthermore, large scale of decomposition of proteins in short time can produce harmful substance such as urea, ammonia and etc.

5. Don’t eat fried eggs and tea eggs. In the process of frying eggs, the protein in the egg white can be turned into micro molecule amino acid, which can induce cancers. When preparing tea eggs, the acidifying substance in the tea can be combined with element of iron in the eggs, which will influence the functions of the stomach and intestine.

6. Don’t add sugar when you are boiling eggs, nor drink soybean milk at the same time. When being boiled with sugar, eggs can produce glycosyl lysine that harms health. If you eat eggs and drink soybean milk at the same time, parenzyme in the soybean will combine with one kind of protein in the egg white, which will reduce the nutrition.
